I left my coat to remove some stains. It was returned cleaner but with the same stains. I could remove them all back home so I guess the service is just careless
Friendly staff who were very accomodating. Dry cleaned a two-piece suit and they said it would ready by the afternoon. Affordable prices. Suit had marks on it and came out looking delightful. Great service, which I'll be using again I'm sure!
Consistently great. Universal Dry Cleaners are near my work and as I’ve moved home a few times over the past few years I’ve tried different dry cleaners nearer to home, but I’ve always been sorely disappointed and always come back to Universal. They always do a great job. They have all the best kit. They have a great cloths repair service. Prices are great. What more could you ask for. Oh yes, they’re all super nice people. Highly recommended.
I took my brand new jacket here to have a pocket sewn in to the lining. When I got the jacket back, the inner lining stiches had come loose, leaving a gaping hole! The new pocket that they had sewn in had completely come undone and was hanging on by a few loose threads. The stitching was truly awful, it was like someone had played a prank on me, it was comically bad. I didn't even get to wear it before having to take it back for fixing. The guy agreed to fix it but was very grumpy about it. Without even an apology. When I got my jacket back for the 2nd time, it was better but still not right. The stiching was still loose. I really wanted to support this local business but due to their poor service, I won't be returnung.
