They achieved a higher price than I had expected for my flat and an offer was agreed within just 1 week of it going on the market. My thanks to sales negotiator Steven Dinh for his great work as well as to Chris Jones who was always on hand to answer questions and move things along in a timely manner. I also used their conveyancing service and would highly recommend. The commission fee is higher than their competitors, however with this service I think it is good value. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
I am so very pleased with the speed and quality of service I received from Foxtons Islington. I tried a few agencies and was losing hope when I walked into the Foxtons Islington office and was lucky enough to meet Georgia. She greeted me with a smile and immediately made me feel understood and supported. I was taken around to see a few flats in a day and when I made a selection and offer, I heard back within hours. Particularly if you're a newcomer to London (or the UK) then I would absolutely recommend this service. Helen from Foxtons Islington Estate Agents was very prudent in understanding our requirements and forthcoming in proposing suitable options to rent a flat around Central London for my daughter and her friend. I liked her agility and factual approach to dealing with clients. We ending up signing up with University hostel in the end, but I would happily reach out to her for help should I need in future.
